Yummy!!!
Yummy is.......creamy macaroni and cheese
a soft pair of knit jammies
a slice of your favorite apple pie
deep blue eyes staring out at you from
behind the longest lashes you've ever seen
perfect hair days
bacon
puppies
hiking
a beautiful sunrise
a book binge at Chapters
warm socks on a cold day
sleeping in on a cold, dreary day
laying in the dark listening to a album
or cd
the perfect smartass comeback
bright mornings
coffee
kindness
baby smiles
laughter that can’t be contained
sunshine on our patio
waking up and discovering I can sleep
for three or more hours still
bare feet on green grass
my childrens laughter
crawling into bed at the end of a hard
day
dancing around my house with my husband
and daughters
simplicity
dipping your toes in the pool on a hot
summer’s day
long conversations with old [and new]
friends
scalp rubs
singing in the car..... Loud
the feel of beach sand between my toes
Life is Yummy!!!!

Song Of The Day: You Make Me Feel Like Dancing
In 2006, the song "I Don't Feel Like Dancin' by Scissor Sisters was often compared with Sayer's song because of its tempo, arrangement and subject matter.

Crazy Batting Skills
AAA outfielder Josh Womack demonstrates his crazy bat skills at Long Beach Armada 2009 Training Camp. Now the only thing we're left to wonder is whether his skills when he steps into the batter's box can be as good as his skills when he steps outside of it. He may be able to flip a bat through his legs and balance it on his foot, but can he hit a home run?

Mothers who are fans.....remain calm, and try not to trample the 12-year-olds. You're taller than they are ....you can just reach over their heads.

8 Things in John Hughes Movies You Won’t See in Today’s Teen Movies

There will likely never be another John Hughes, at least not in the way he defined a type of movie. And at the same time, as much as nearly every teen movie since his seminal six recognize his influence, few of today’s teen movies can even get away with or accomplish things his films did. There are things present in Hughes’ early works that are absent from modern teen movies that establish that his films were, for better or worse, of a certain time, despite the fact that they’re so timeless.
Trailer: Zombieland

Some people like vampires.....but my family has always been fascinated with Zombie movies. I can't wait to see this flick starring Woody Harrelson,Jesse Eisenberg and Emma Stone. The horror comedy, takes place in a world overrun by flesh eaters. The humans take refuge in an amusement park, and the result looks like a mix of The Walking DeadShaun of the Dead and The Dukes of Hazzard.

Trailer: The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus
Wow!
The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus is a fantastical morality tale, set in the present-day. It tells the story of Dr. Parnassus and his extraordinary ‘Imaginarium’, a travelling show where members of the audience get an irresistible opportunity to choose between light and joy or darkness and gloom. Blessed with the extraordinary gift of guiding the imaginations of others, Doctor Parnassus is cursed with a dark secret. An inveterate gambler, thousands of years ago he made a bet with the devil, Mr. Nick, in which he won immortality. Centuries later, on meeting his one true love, Dr. Parnassus made another deal with the devil, trading his immortality for youth, on condition that when his daughter reached her 16th birthday, she would become the property of Mr Nick. The film stars Heath Ledger, Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell as the character ‘Imaginarium Tony’ after Heath Ledger’s untimely death.

Song Of The Day: Beds Are Burning By Midnight Oil
"Beds Are Burning" is a political song. Midnight Oil performed the song in front of a world audience of billions (including then Prime Minister John Howard) at the closing ceremony of the 2000 Sydney Olympics. The whole band were dressed in black, with the words "sorry" printed conspicuously on their clothes. This was a reference to the Prime Minister's refusal to apologize, on behalf of the government of Australia, to the Aboriginal Australians for the way they have been treated over the previous 200 years, particularly in relation to native title and the government-sanctioned removal of Aboriginal children of the Stolen Generations from their families.
