Twenty Weirdest TV Interviews
For instance, I'd never watched Norm MacDonalds appearance on Conan in 1997. Sometimes, these wacky moments seem planned, but other times they definitely do not.

Underground Parking Tower For Bikes
In Tokyo you can park your bicycle underground, neatly, safely and automatically. You swipe your card, doors open, and you place your front wheel on a docking device that whisks your bike away into an underground storage facility that can hold up to 144 bicycles.
When you want to retrieve your bike, you swipe your card again and in ten seconds or less, your bicycle magically reappears

My Thoughts On Lost
Better late than never.
I wonder if Ben or someone from his side killed Helen, knowing if she was around..... would Locke have wanted to return to the island or kill himself?
I am still reluctant to say that Ben is definately evil. Maybe Ben had to kill Locke so he could be resurrected. Maybe there is some rule against suicide, so Ben had to do it. It seemed to bother him, and when he yelled at Sun and Jack in the van he said, "You have no idea what I've had to do to keep you safe." Perhaps Ben is the one who has to get his hands dirty.
Did you notice that when Locke was hanging him self that the beams on the ceiling made a cross.
Widmore seems less manipulative than Ben when he makes his case....almost sincere and notice how Ben is always in dark clothing ande Widmore in light?
Now that we’ve seen Locke come back to life after returning to the island, is it plausible to believe that Christian might be alive too? Is this just another aspect of the island’s healing powers?

Universal isn’t saying much yet about what the park will include, but so far it looks like there will be a Hogwarts Castle, a village of Hogsmeade, and a Three Broomsticks Pub.

You Are a Whiteboard |
You are a dreamer, a visionary, and a straight up idea person. You are very creative. Even if the things you think up are a bit wacky, they often are brilliant. You are an adept problem solver. You are always tossing around dozens of ideas. You would make a good artist, designer, or architect. You do best when work feels like play. |

Song Of The Day: Fruit Machine By The Ting Tings
The vinyl was only available for fans of The Ting Tings to buy at their live shows. Every single released had different cover art. This is due to the fact that at every concert, a hundred blank seven-inch sleeves were pinned to a wall, making a canvas on which fans could create an overall piece of artwork that, once dismantled, were used as the sleeves for the singles.

1.) Religulous- Bill Maher makes a documentary about religion.
2.) Choke - Victor Mancini (Sam Rockwell) has got some problems -- when he's not at Sex Addicts Anonymous meetings hunting for women to bed, he masquerades as a choking victim in restaurants as a scheme to gather money from unsuspecting strangers, which he uses to keep his ailing mother (Anjelica Huston) in a high-end extended-care facility for her extreme dementia.
3.) Flash Of Genius - Greg Kinnear stars in this film about the guy who invented the intermittent windshield wiper.
4.) Changeling - Angelina Jolie plays the mom of a missing child in this film that is nominated for many awards.
5.) Body Of Lies - When CIA operative Roger Ferris (DiCaprio) uncovers evidence indicating that a major terrorist leader may be operating out of Jordan, he enlists the aid of CIA veteran Ed Hoffman (Russell Crowe) in infiltrating the elusive saboteur's vast underground network. During the course of his dangerous mission, Ferris gradually comes to question how much he can trust his presumed allies...... who include not just Hoffman, but the outwardly helpful head of Jordanian intelligence as well.
6.) How To Lose Friends & Alienate People - Based on Toby Young's memoir "How to Lose Friends & Alienate People." A British writer struggles to fit in at a high-profile magazine in New York.
7.) The Midnight Meat Train - This horror movie is based on a short story by Clive Baker. The story is about a photographer (Bradley Cooper) who accidentally saw a butcher named Mahogany (Vinnie Jones) who did a killing in a subway system. Mahogany appears to be a serial killer. What's Your Energy Level?
Your Energy Level is Moderate |
For you, life is all about balance. You keep active, but you rest a lot too. You have enough vigor to get everything done... with a little left over for some fun. You find that you have plenty of energy, as long as you give yourself time to recharge. But if you don't take care of yourself, you notice that your energy levels really plummet. |

Whats Your Valentine's Day Personality
Your Valentine's Day Personality is Practical |
As far as you're concerned, Valentine's Day is simply a commercial holiday. You don't place any real meaning on it. You don't think it deserves too much celebration. For you, Valentine's Day is just the day you avoid restaurants and candy stores. If you love someone, you already show it. You don't need to go all out for a silly holiday to prove your love. |

Song Of The Day: Life Of Illusion By Foo Fighters
My Husband.....The Caveman
In the cavetimes, men were hunters and they needed to focus in on their prey in order to bring back game as meat for the tribe.
During caveman times, this narrow focus was essential so the hunter wouldn't get distracted and lose the prey in the underbrush.
I believe Garth has retained that ability to focus, and that often gets mistaken for not caring. He often gets locked in on a TV show (Family Guy, Trailor Park Boys, MXC) and when I come in and start talking to him, he does not hear a word I say. I then get annoyed because I think he is ignoring me, but the truth is......he is locked in and hunting.

My Thoughts On Lost
Hearing Aids Needed
Since receiving radiation and chemotherapy treatment in the summer of 2007, I have been adjusting fairly well to the new norms that I have to live with. I am able to cope because I have a bag of tricks that I use whenever necessary.
However now that I am back to work full time I am finding it harder to live fully and function as a mental health nurse to the best of my capability due to my hearing loss.
I work on a very busy admitting floor where patients come in at their most unwell state. This often means they are fully psychotic and paranoid. They often have persecutory delusions that people are out to get them and are saying and thinking bad things about them.
In my line of work it is imperative that I establish a therapeutic relationship with my patients and to do this I must establish trust.
To establish trust I must listen to my patients and hear what is causing their distress.
I must encourage my patients to dialogue with me.
When I am able to establish a dialogue my patients often mumble and speak with their heads turned away as they are often distracted by auditory or visual hallucinations. This poses a challenge at the best of times but is even more so when you throw in a hearing impairment.
It becomes awkward and can escalate an already paranoid client when I tell him that he must look at me when he speaks(so I can read his lips) and hear him clearly.
The trust becomes difficult to maintain when I am asking "Pardon" for the 3rd or 4th time.
Yesterday afternoon I attended the audio clinic at Mt. Sinai. It has been established that I have severe hearing loss of high pitch sounds in both ears and that I have difficulty processing sounds when there is a lot of background noise.

This question always resurfaces every now and then and my choices were always consistent. Chuckle Of The Day
Here is your first question, the dean said. 'Without using numbers,
represent the number 9.'
'Without numbers?' The Norwegian says, 'Dat's easy.' and proceeds to
draw three trees.
'What's this?' the dean asks.
'Vot! you got no brain? Tree and tree and tree make nine,' says the
Norwegian.
'Fair enough,' says the dean. 'Here's your second question. Use the
same rules, but this time the number is 99.'
The Norwegian stares into space for a while, then picks up the picture
that he has just drawn and makes a smudge on each tree. 'Dar ya go.'
The dean scratches his head and says, 'How on earth do you get that to
represent 99?'
'Each of da trees is dirty now. So, it's dirty tree, and dirty tree,
and dirty tree. Dat is 99.'
The dean is getting worried that he's going to actually have to hire
this Norwegian, so he says, 'All right, last question.
Same rules again, but represent the number 100.'
The Norwegian fella stares into space some more, then he picks up the
picture again and makes a little mark at the base of each tree and
says, 'Dar ya go. Von hundred.'
The dean looks at the attempt. 'You must be nuts if you think that
represents a hundred!'
The Norwegian leans forward and points to the marks at the base of each
tree and says, 'A little dog come along and pooped by each tree So
now you got dirty tree and a turd, dirty tree and a turd, and dirty
tree and a turd, vich makes von hundred.'
'So, ven do I start?
